Carriage is free on all Festool tools and accessories. Customers ordering from some outlying areas of the UK will need to place their order by calling our shop on 0845 602 3778 and agreeing special shipping arrangements.

The majority of items are despatched within 1 working day, for next working day delivery We aim to supply all product within 14 days of receipt of order.

Items not elligable for free shipping will be subject to the following charges for postage and packing:

*Orders with a total value over £50 will be sent by courier.

Some items, even though listed in shop inventory, may, at times, be out of stock. Customers will be notified by e-mail when a product despatch is delayed and advised an estimated delivery date.
